Moms Snoop Through Their Sons’ Phones [Technically Speaking] | Elite Daily

[Sponsored by T-Mobile]

The idea of your phone winding up in the wrong hands is terrifying. But what if those hands were your mom’s?

Would she discover that you’ve been hiding a secret life behind double-passcode-locked messages? Would the contents of your phone rock her entire world?

Our phones hold our deepest secrets: conversations with friends, incriminating pictures, evidence of would-rather-forget booty calls. The only thing preventing the world from knowing who you really are is a numeric passcode (that’s probably your birthday).

Who, then, would ever willingly share his phone’s secrets with his mom? These five guys, that’s who.

While some people live by the rule to never put things in writing, it’s always fun to find out who ignored those words of wisdom.

Didn't a Scishow episode with John Green come out with a video saying that cellphones might cause cancer? I would prefer if you guys had a reasonably certain conclusion before putting out videos, especially about studies that have not been peer reviewed. Thank you for THIS video, though.

Just because it doesn't cause cancer, doesn't confirm that there are 'no' medical consequences for both the physical and 'mental' exposure to a device that totally eliminates any sense of personal privacy.

I heard people that live next to the really big powerlines have higher risk of cancer, is this true?
(the powerlines that are on those structures that are several stories tall)

So, I'm sure that the answer to this is also no… but my future mother-in-law believes that her friend got breast cancer from her phone because she was carrying it in her bra everywhere she went… I told her that wasn't possible because it doesn't give off that sort of radiation and if it were possible, we'd probably all have brain cancer but she still believes it… is she possibly right?
